Colin returns to Hyannis after an up-and-down year for the Mets in 2008.  He made just seven starts because of UNC’s late run in the College World Series and posted a 2.85 ERA.  His run support was lacking, though, as he went 1-3.  As a freshman for the Tar Heels a year ago, Colin pitched exclusively out of the bullpen, appearing in 27 games and going 6-1 with a 2.78 ERA.  As a senior at Central High School in Naperville, Ill., Colin led his team to a state title and was an all-state selection by three different news organizations.
